-Ensuringtemperatures,seasoningsandflavorsaretospecification.

-Ensuringallfoodsarepresentedandservedinatimelymannerandincorrectsequence.

-EnsuringthestorageoffoodsandothersmeetrestaurantandstatutoryHealthandSafetyrequirements.

-Updatinganddevelopingnewcookingtechniquesandproceduresinaccordancewithnewmenu.

-Monitoringandorderingkitchenmaterialsandsupplies.

-Assistinginhiringandtrainingofnewkitchenstaffandmonitoringtheirperformance.

-Generalkitchencleaningandhygieneduties.

-Behard-working,motivatedandpassionate.

Qualificationsexperience

Theidealpersonwillhaveastrongworkethicwithaprovenrecordofreliabilityandstayingpower,aChineseLevel3ChefCertificateoratleast3yearsworkexperienceinbusyChinesekitchens(preferredhavingNZlocalworkexperienceaswell),
